Nuestro recorrido creativo audiovisual en Mamá Sur se funde entre la ficción, el documental, la trasnmedia, el mapping, la video instalación y el cine experimental, ya que vemos el cine como un arte sin formatos establecidos. Entre todas estas formas y formatos hemos procurado siempre articular la academia, la crítica y la enseñanza, las cuales nos hacen cuestionarnos constantemente el cinematógrafo y nos ayudan a explorar los elementos que lo compone. Somos sensibles al territorio que nos rodea, la gente que lo habita y es por eso que dentro, bien adentro, allá iremos a filmar, donde eI mar se abraza con la selva y la selva se congela con el frío de los Andes.
Iniciamos en el 2011 como un colectivo de artistas y en el año 2018 nos registramos como una productora ofreciendo los servicios de Creación Audiovisual, Enseñanza Cultural, Fotografía, Diseño, Narrativas Transmedia, Producción y Post Producción de Películas Cinematográficas.

Our creative audiovisual journey at Mamá Sur blends fiction, documentary, transmedia, mapping, video installation and experimental cinema, as we see film as an art form without established formats. Among all these forms and formats we have always tried to articulate academia, criticism and teaching, which make us constantly question the cinematographer and help us explore the elements that compose it. We are sensitive to the territory that surrounds us, the people who inhabit it and that is why inside, deep inside, there we will go to film, where the sea embraces the jungle and the jungle freezes with the cold of the Andes.
We started in 2011 as a collective of artists and in 2018 we registered as a production company offering the services of Audiovisual Creation, Cultural Education, Photography, Design, Transmedia Narratives, Film Production and Post Production.
